Paragon Sales feels it's important to develop a close working relationship with the distributor's sales force. This is accomplished by creative sales planning and sales training meetings. The focus is on training in benefit selling which is illustrated at the operator location. It's absolutely a priority to manifest our sales effort through the vast network of distributor sales personnel.

MIKE MATTINGLY

Over 30 years in Jan/San and Foodservice

Mike is responsible for the administrative duties of dealing with the principals and directing responsibilities in the Florida market. Mike deals with the major accounts throughout the state and is responsible for account sales in Central and North Florida.


PAUL SCHMITT

Over 20 Years in Jan/San and Foodservice

Paul works as our manufacturer’s representative in the South Florida market. He is well known and respected throughout the distributorship network and has a loyal following due to his commendable work ethics.


JEFF STEWART
 
Over 20 years in Jan/San and Foodservice
 
Jeff owned his own distributorship for 2½ years before moving on to manufacturer representation. Jeff is well respected by the distributors because of his dependable work habits and follow-up. Jeff is responsible for accounts on Florida’s West Coast.



OFFICE MANAGER- MARTHA MATTINGLY

Over 30 Years in Office Support / Customer Service

Martha’s experience in her previous positions of information processing manager and customer service manager has provided her the knowledge to manage all aspects of the sales office. Martha’s friendly greeting and excellent follow-through gains her the customers’ respect.

Trade Shows

Paragon Sales participates in all major distributor shows. Every attempt is made to sell and merchandise at these shows. Some have less opportunity than others to make a sale, but all shows are worked with selling, now or very soon, as a priority. Creative show promotions for volume selling works best.
